How does it work?
- Data is retrieved from your accounting package
- The software uses data to create a NACHA (or alternate ACH or EFT format) file
- The file is sent to your financial institution
- Your financial institution re-transmits file data to your customer or employee’s financial institution, and
- Your employee or customer gets paid
Your financial institutions will receive the actual payroll and billing transmissions instead of just a register of transactions that the standard payroll module generates. EZ-Direct Deposit also transmits the prenote required by financial institutions to approve newly enrolled direct deposit participants.

All ACH files created by EZ-Direct Deposit will meet National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) standards, and are 100% compatible with your bank.
